Experiment that went horribly wrong. I did the base outline with writing pen. Then I got an idea to colour the base with Copic Markers so I can save time on blending. I did small scale testing and it worked out well so I tried it on a larger scale - BIG MISTAKE.
RESULT - the marker dissolved the pen and made it look darker.
Overall though the copic marker base did reduce the time required to complete the work. Unfortunately I have no idea what background to give this. Actually I like it the way it is - maybe give it some light background... should work out well lol.
I might edit this IF I choose to add in a background. Still sleeping over it lol.

<li>When using marker base, don't use water based ink for outline first
<li>Spend more time on shading so it will turn out more gradient like and less texture will show through
<li>ANATOMY details like toes. They suck. End of story
<li>Shading details especially around the muzzle. Looks decent on first glance, but actually 'cannot make it'
