Well, if you're trying to draw "manga" style, I'll give you the best critique I can give.
First, the eyes.
The lighting in the eyes, you kinda wanna remember they're light specks. Since you drew them in an unnatural shape, they look a bit fixed. The eyes in themselves also look too open. I'd suggest curving the bottom eye line up more, toward the nose. Also bring the upper lid more curved in toward the inner brow.
Definitely make that ear bigger.
The nose is waaay to.. lowered. Anime and manga noses tend to be pointed kinda half way, if that makes sense.
