N.A 10 - Bullet Seed Buddies+Cotton Guard ComradesI thought up these because of Razorshell asking if I could make a Water counterpart to Bullet Seed.N.A 10 - Bullet Seed Buddies+Cotton Guard Comrades5 months ago in Literature Templates More Like This
Bullet Seed was one of the first TMs I got in Pokemon Sapphire. It was a nice little elemental attack you could get early on, and teach your Grass starter if you chose that one. I since realised it has been upped in Power to 25 per hit. This actually makes it quite a potent attack.
So, as it has lost its TM status now too, I thought it would be nice, if in some game, there was a Move Tutor around the "4th Gym time" or so that would teach your starter Pokemon its respective elemental multi-hit move!
So without further ado, meet Bullet Seed'

Pokemon Eternal History: Move List
In Pokemon Eternal History, the standard restriction of four moves only is lifted, much unlike any other Pokemon Role Play. However, there are still restrictions and these may prove a bit more strict than other Roleplays, too. Level requirements are not applied, but rather, are replaced with a Difficulty indicator.
There are also non-statistical requirements, in addition to the natural restrictions based upon Pokemon. (Ie: Charmander cannot learn Ice Beam) An extensive list is below, descending alphabetically, and categorized by type. Tip: use Ctrl + F to search for a move.
