Kage blinked his eyes open slowly. He felt light headed, and very weak. Looking around in a daze, he saw that he was in his own room, in his bed. He was wrapped in fresh bandages as well.
He heard voices, and feebly turned his head to look in the direction from which they were coming from. His parents were standing a little ways away, but facing the other direction so they did not notice that he had regained consciousness. They were discussing the situation in worried voices.
“I knew this would happen!” Kurai hissed, “If we hadn’t heard him then Kage would be dead right now!”
“Does this mean . . ?&r

Game of Fear - Finale - AngelThe now six started to walk. The first thing they heard was a loud screaming. Gonzales looked around and saw a Barrel, cut up and bloody, standing in a room much like David was in, the walls closing in. He was in a cage though. He reached through the bars and screamed again. The Bros kept walking. They knew it was fake when they heard the exact. Same. Scream. An Untrusted was reached through his bars, this room with swords getting closer and closer to piercing him. They Bros didn't stop until they reached the last door. It creaked open slowly, but no voice rang out. Gonzales held you a hand. “HELLO!?” “what?” asked theGame of Fear - Finale - Angel17 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

The BeginningThis is not a story that starts out with some metaphoric line that is somehow ominous of the story to come. This is not the story of triumph over adversity. This is a story about evil. As kids, we believed in the boogie man, monsters, demons and anything else that makes ghost stories great. As adults, we dismiss these as myth or fables. We are wrong. There are no supernatural creatures however, or paranormal disturbances. But there are monsters, and there is evil. It just comes in an everyday package. The Beginning8 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

They came to a stop. Somewhere in the fair’s unofficial parking lot, there was a group of motorbikes. Most of them street bikes, some, the common dirt bikes she’d seen a lot at school. And only a few, the fancy classic road types. She couldn’t tell them apart, beside their respectable sizes and shapes. She opted for the blessing that was self-inflicted oblivion, until Taz jumped onto the far end of the seat of a silver one, that is. Her blood went cold as she stopped dry before it. There was no way, she thought.
The girl with the long dark hair devoured her with her eyes and a testing smile. There was no doubt, she was thei

BEGIN THE GAME
Beri's POV
The pounding shriek made the blood in my ears pound. Codie opened the closet door, leading us out to the front entrance, 2 rusty chandeliers hung from the ceiling, cobwebs and dust in all nooks and crannies. We had turned on the electricity in the house, not going to be surprised a blackout could happen. But what to happen during the blackouts would be nothing but a puzzle. But what we saw was not just a puzzle,
but a game.
We all gasped when we saw Kaiden and Chester staring over Glyde, who was lying on the floor, brutally gutted out, with organs and blood scattered about. On the wall, a letter of blood

Escaping from Nightmare A sigh rolled over my dry lips as I gazed around with my deep greenish-hazel eyes, running tongue over the mouth to wet it a little, sitting in old dusty and quite uncomfortable handchair, observing the abandoned room I was in. Not far from me straight forward was an old fireplace with old orange brickstones, and to right, a door to other room where I could see some beige curtains and construction-trash on the floor. To my left there was another door, this one to the kitchen, the windows fogged with pellicle, and when I tilted my head all the way towards left, I could see another window, the pellicle moving a little before it, showing the wiEscaping from Nightmare20 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

Through Hell to Heaven 15 Sam woke slowly, unsure of where he was. His dream had seemed so real, his escape from his old comrade’s clutches, but Lucifer had tricked him before, putting images of salvation in his mind only to wake him with pain. So he wouldn’t put it past the fallen angel to plant such sweet images, of Nathaniel safe and sound, of him no longer being tormented, and then rip them away. After all, nothing he’d endured so far had broken him, maybe hope would. So he took stock of his surroundings before he judged.Through Hell to Heaven 1521 hours ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

Azrael darted all over the deserted place, shouting Lily's name, but getting no response whatsoever. He noticed scared faces at some of the windows, but none of anyone he would have known.
Eventually, he reached the far end of the small base, where the evacuation had ground to a halt because of a hefty discussion between Sam and the person in military clothes from before. Azrael slowed down and decided to listen in for a second.
The man said: "You expect us to leave this base?! The only safe haven for miles?!"
Sam argued: "But it isn't safe any more! I mean, just look at the legion standing before your gates! You must evacuate now or
