Summer FancyThe blackened wrinkly arms of oscious trees  Unfurl their handfuls.  Eager flowers dip  And sweat their secret wish into the breeze.  They doze in dreams of juice.  I wet my lips.  A sunburnt fruit swells fat in summer fires.  It crooks the creaking branch and sips the sap  And drooping low, drips dew on my desires.  Desire sweetens in my swollen lap.  My dreams of dribbling juices smoulder.  Thirst  Unslaked for cinnamon skin and peeled flesh  Twists in my throat, and smoking glances burst  And spill their hopeful nectars in the ash.  But trees withhold Summer Fancy

What Does It Mean?Love; what could that foul word really mean?  It’s not something you can taste, smell or hear  And it most certainly cannot be seen.  Yet some people hate it, while others cheer.  I have asked many to ponder the thought  And tell me the meaning of the strange term.  But they can’t even say what love is not.  Dozens of answers, but none that are firm.  Love is truth, love is lies, love brings in joy.  Love is hate, love is pain, love makes some sad.  Love is the great bond between girl and boy.  Love is the reason that many go mad.  Though all of my answers gave me one must:  Lov What Does It Mean?
