It was always a matter of trust  turned now to dust  
Since lust is but a memory  I'm feeling complete misery  I exist to be happy  
telling me that I'm not alone  The tone of his voice  In sheer desperation eludes me  still confuses me, could it be  Destiny has a greater plan for me?   
Looking into the mirror I see  A woman scorn dawning  a new day and haunting  Candid are these vivid pictures  Of yesterday the probability  As we now lay  Longing for another way  since I was so betrayed

We found him underneath the morning tide,--  Bones bleached by the light of the sun,  Eyes looking into the beyond,  Arms reaching for no one except  His gentle mourning bride,  His young and lovely bride.   
I heard him first, a clatter on the pier,--  Skeleton jangling against the spray,  Wrists bound to embrace the sky,  Brighter than starlight amongst the waves  To greet his darling dear,  To smile at his dear.   
We buried him at sea at evening tide,--  Hands lifting his casket up,  Faces grim as the casket sank,  She wept beneath the canvas sails   in Open
To have found a heart to cleave to  A soul to delve within  Warm flesh to lie beside at night  To stare into another’s eyes  
And see yourself therein  
 
To have found heaven in a simple touch  And hell within goodbye  To hear your name upon their lips  Be greeted with a single kiss  And feel your soul take flight

The phrase '1 in a million' never meant anything  But I saw you, you looked at me, and the butterflies started  You walked over to me, then I remembered you  I gasped and you chuckled, and smiled at me
