I go into my living room to find
a girl laying on my couch.
Scratches on her face,
she's got a black eye.

I suddenly recall me saying
"I can take ya!"
I'd had so many drinks by then
that I couldn't see straight.

I go into my bathroom.
I too have a black eye.
My cheek is swollen.
Man, I must have taken one!

I go up to my room.
My floor is covered with wine bottles spilt out.

My mirror is cracked.
