You are probably wondering why the user had posted that as the picture's description. This is why:
Half of the people who had saw that image claimed to have seen two white slitted eyes near the lightbulb's shine, while the rest claimed to have not. Those who hadn't seen the eyes are very lucky people. Those who had seen the eyes experienced a life of hell after letting their little eyes witness that picture.
