-Horses must be ages 3 and up to enter. (Excluding Halter and Liberty Classes)
-No linearts.
-No recycled entries.
-No photo-manips or photo backgrounds. The entire image must be drawn.
-Your horse does not need to be registered with HARPG.
-Tracing is only allowed in the event that the stock you are tracing from allows it. You may NOT trace non-stock. Credit must be given where it is due, as well.
-Realistic type breeds/colors only.
-Horses entered must be trained in at least one western discipline.
-For the Team Roping class, you may enter the same horse in different teams, but that horse will only receive credit for one entry.
