I've wanted to hold a design contest for a long time now, and finally I've gathered enough points to do it :D

What I'm looking for:
Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!

I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil
-Anything tribal
-Native american stuff
-Feathers!
-Tawny, golden, brown, white, red, blue, cyan, gray, black (well, not all combined)
-I like more natural base colors, but with smaller markings in unnatural colors like blue or red
-Long tails, big/long ears, long bodies, short bodies, small paws, (be creative with the anatomy. I like pretty much everything, just make something special!)
-Accessories like jewels, bows, companions, swords, knives, scarfs, armors, anything!
-I like detailed and semi-detailed designs, but also more simple ones so I can animate them

Keep in mind that it doesn't have to be that complicated (I must be able to draw it), but each character needs something that makes it special! Just a rare pattern or a small marking in the face e.t.c

Here's a list of what I don't want:
-Scene or sparkle-dogs (I allow hair/ hair-tufts, just no scene-stuff)  
-Humans or anthro
-Anything sexual
-Characters with 2 or less different colors (C'mon guys!)

A project!

Hi there everyone! I have something that might be interesting for you guys.
Some time ago and also recently I've been getting some comments or suggestions about makng a what you could say mini episode of the Negas and their adventures, but I don't mean it as a comic but as a moving FLASH EPISODE! : D
But, as you all know I don't know how to use flash or any of those programs you use to do animations, so this is why I'm uploading this journal, because I want some help for this mini episode of the Negas.

So far this is what I need for it:
- Voice actors for the Sonic characters (send me samples of which character you wanna voice).
But ONLY for these characters because I'm going to voice Nega Knuckles :3 :

* Sonic
* Amy
* Shadow
*Nega Sonic (either fake or have a british accent, since he has one.)
*Nega Tails
*Nega Amy

- Sound effects.
- Music (BG music and normal music for some scenes).
- Animators.
- Drawers.

Hello everyone! Lacrirosa here! Design contest coming your way!

Please read everything! Even if its not important, just read it please;;

I am looking for new characters as always! But this time, custom ones made for me! I always fall in love with characters made by my idols that I miss and usually the characters have what I love so I wanted to make a contest and give out some nice prizes to see if someone can make me an adoptable that really fits me!

I'd love if anyone would advertise for me and get some people to this contest! I will be hosting a raffle for those advertising/maybe entering (you have to advertise though) and if you can get someone to enter, I'll give you another slot or so to win the prize. (will be 500+ points ,,)

Anywho, I am looking for HUMAN CHARACTERS ;

Mostly I'm looking for GIRLS but I will accept boys. I would seriously like sort of a ref sheet, nothing too big, just a full body of the character, their colors and a small description of what they are (ex. Gender: Female , Human with Wolf Ears) – you can do more if you'd like!

--I'm not sure how to throw this in there but I love Darker Than Black the anime, if you could make the  character like a Doll or Contractor I think I'd just ;;;yeah die. (and love you forever)

However, I will accept these but theres a greater chance I'd love a human character over one; if you were to design one of these with a human character I think I would love you forever;;

-Okami themed characters

-Pokemon fan characters like Vulpix/Eevee and its Evos (ONLY no other pokemon)

-Nekomatas like Kilala from Inuyasha.

(These can be male or female; as long as I can change it later)

- Complicated designs (I don't mind complex just not like everything is a different color and 200+ accessories)

- Bright Neon colors (one or two is fine, but please no full neon designs)
- Short hair
- High Heels
- Overuse of Green/Purple

--- Of course they own these designs and so do the owners, I wanted to show off designs I really like to give an example of what I liked/what inspires me with characters;


Rules:

- Must be your own art/lineart, no bases (If you really want to enter and made your own lineart, just note me, we can talk over notes)
- Do not steal designs from others; the examples are there to give you ideas!
- I will be keeping those designs who get a prize, if you just miss a prize and I really would love your character I will offer to buy them from you;
- You can commission someone to draw it for you as long as permissions are given and the prize will be split between you.
- You can have up to 4 entries, however since they are all for you, they will just be counted as one and you can only win once.
-       You may not withdraw your entry;

Prizes :

- Now this is a little different, the prizes will for now will be:

o First Place: 75 Dollars , Second Place: 50 Dollars, Third Place: 25 Dollars

--- I don't want to only get 5 entries and have to give out all this money, I don't mean to sound selfish at all but I find this happen to me a lot; so these prizes will stay the exact same as long as I get a good amount of entries. (I'm hoping atleast 15 entries, any lower and I'll have to lower the prize sadly; )

- However, if I get a lot more entries I will actually take the same amount of money (Or maybe add more) and move them across 5 Places:

o First: 60 Dollars, Second: 35 Dollars, Third: 25 Dollars, Fourth and Fifth : 15 Dollars each;

Contest 25 - Heroes, Villains, and Sidekicks

For this contest we'll all be creating a new dynamic duo for new movie concepts!
You'll be able to draw for the heroes section, OR for the villains section.

Be sure to read all the rules and clarification!




Heroes, Villains, and Sidekicks


- Create a hero with a sidekick or a villain with a sidekick. There are two sections - heroes and villains.

- You MUST picture two characters in your image. One the hero/villain, and one the sidekick.

- The sidekick cannot be a romantic interest of the hero/villain. (Let's save that idea for another contest)

- You may have two entries in both sections. That's two for the heroes section, and two for the villains section.

- The heroes and sidekicks can be either gender, and any species.

Examples:
-- Human and human
-- Human and Animal
-- Animal and Animal
-- Human and Alien
-- Robot and Animal...

...etc. etc. The sky's the limit, my friends!

- You should be thinking of a new movie idea to go with your new characters. Please give your faux movie a title and synopsis in your description so we know what it's all about!

- Don't draw characters Disney's already done before. (Of course!) We're making up new ones for this contest!

- You may either make up a completely new movie of your own imagination, or make a new Disney movie based on something else (like a book, or a fairytale that you think would make an excellent Disney movie).

- Cancelled Disney films are also good to use.

- DO NOT make a sequel movie. Example: Don't draw Mulan III characters or something.

- You may use your own original characters, but be sure to think about if they'd make a good Disney movie.

- You new hero/villain may have multiple sidekicks, but let's keep it to a maximum of three sidekicks.

- Any medium is allowed. Digital, traditional, literature, sculptures, etc. Go for it!

- YES. Written entries are allowed.

- Your entry must have been created for this contest. In other words, you can't enter a piece you did before the creation of this contest.  [05-24-13]

- Keep it clean. No nudity, gore, or nipples. NO FETISHES!

- The judges probably won't choose your entry if you don't have a synopsis of your imaginary film in your description. We want to know what your characters are all about!

- Be creative! The best artwork will not necessarily win. Think out of the box, and go wild!

- We will not choose anyone who traces an image from a screenshot or another artist. Take an original view, or use your own style to make your artwork unique. :3

- Write about your creative process and inspiration in your description. We will also be reading those.

- Put effort into your work. You don't have to be the best artist for your effort to show. Believe me, I can tell.

- Make a scene! There's nothing more boring to us than a bunch of characters standing around. Bring it to life!
