And at last we come to the last chapter of the Terminus campaign. It has been a blast to write and explore the post-ME3 universe. I'm going to take a break from writing the fic to concentrate on magazine articles and my own fiction but expect new stories in the fall. Until then, enjoy!

Hey guys i was thinking about a little something

We know our fandom is pretty much loved by trolls, This causes a lot of us to hate trolls but actually we should LOVE them.

(Your jaw falls open, you don't believe me)

Now i'm gonna tell you why, after my research i've concluded that trolls are together with the sane fans the saviours of our fandom, much to their dismay because without knowing it they have achieved the opposite of what they intended : saving the fandom instead of letting it come to an end. I'm going to explain to you in a few parts how this came to be and also make you understand trolls and what gave our fandom a bad reputation it has today.

Part 1 : Why trolls didn't lower our reputation (Caution! i'm NOT defending trolls, and i'm aware they can go TOO far)

-We did that ourselves, The adult "art", the drama, our rabid behaviour and taking our love for the show too far is what WE caused, trolls may expose it to the outside world, but we owe it to ourselves (be honest)
-Rabid bronies are a BIG part of the fandom that ruin our reputation without caring how their behaviour will influence our fandom's reputation. Ignorance killed the pony.
-Clopping, Enough said.
-We're hyppocrites : only 10% of the bronies DO love and tollerate, the rest is BS.
-Not accepting or understanding why people hate us and FORCE people to do so.
-Watching a show intended for little girls and being in a fandom with people that do that too is DEVIANT BEHAVIOUR,(trolls didn't cause that, they didin't make us watch the show XD) This causes a lot of people to hate us because it's on the edge of what's socially acceptable, it can be a positive thing but a negative thing too

Positive: We defy gender steriotypes,It shows we have a soft spot, It takes courage, it makes us hipsters, it makes us Unique
Negative: Deviant behaviour is the main cause of all the hatred, not the trolls, not the haters. 99.9% of all the reasons why people hate us is Because THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND US. Why? becasue we're deviant. the majority of the people, especially on the internet concists of the dumb mass that refuses to THINK before they act,say and judge. it's like Einstein said :

"Peace cannot be kept by force, it can only be acchieved by understanding."

Part 2 : How and why trolls keep the internet clean.

-Rabid and less intelligent fans are very much vulnerable to trolls, much more than sane fans. because our fandom has so many rabids they love to troll us. Who do you think will leave the fandom sooner after being trolled? exactly,the rabids.
-You may not belive it but a LOT of bronies are trolls THEMSELVES, there's a small group of bronies active to troll rabids out of the fandom.
-Not all trolls are lifeless idiots and basement dwellers that see trolling as their only source of amusement, a lot of troll groups are active to acchieve a "Higher goal". The majority of trolls ARE in fact lifeless basement dwellers, and they for their actions also have a bad reputation.
-Trolls introduce us to our stupid side, while we don't see it trolling or bullying is a result of criticism on our fandom. IF you are a sane fan you realise WHY we are trolled,because we have to realise some people are not into ponies and accept that.we have to accept bad things happen within our fandom.
-Trolls confront rabid bronies with their own stupidity, in the best case rabidness can be "cured" and rabid bronies can come to respect and accept criticism, 1st step to becoming a sane fan! in the worst case someone leaves the fandom becasue of trolls. Trolling is not a phenomenon caused by the lack of having a life, trolling can be a form of social training : if you learn how to handle trolls, you learn how to handle criticism and that your behaviour has concequences.

Extra: The D2FC on deviantart taught us the hard way we have to keep our groups secure, they didn't end us : instead they've learned us to be more alert and to keep our groups secure. They raised awareness!

Part 3 : What our fandom would look like WITHOUT trolls

-Becasue of the motto "love and tollerance" our fandom is extremely diverse, THE brony doesn't exist nor does the steriotype brony. the only steriotype of us is that of the rabid brony simply becasue it's the majority of us. Being open minded is a very good thing, and it makes our fandom as diverse as it is now but remember : That also caused a lot of rabid fans and their behaviour to be accepted within our fandom. Without trolls there would be FAR MORE rabids in our fandom, if 80% if our fandom would be rabid the few sane fans would have left. Without trolls to confront us with our own stupidity, I wouldn't be be called a brony in public, because the looks people would give me? it would make the lord himself weep.

besides, rabids can make sane fans leave the fandom and turn them into trolls. The WORST and most feared trolls where once bronies themselves!

Part 4 (the last one) : How trolls saved the fandom

Part Extra : The future of our fandom is YOU!

-A lot of trolls celebrate the fact the fandom is dying, and i'm happy for that. you know why? when season 4 comes this winter and everyone starts watching it i wanna see the look on their stupid faces.
- i WANT the fandom to die as it is now, becasue we will be reborn like a phoenix out of it's ashes. this time more sane,aware,respectfull and with more common sense under a new Flag and a new motto: "Love and tollerance is not the same as acceptance".
-Now that the fandom is dying i want you to think about all that life has thought us and to criticise our fandom, When we learn from our mistakes and ONLY then we can make a big change to our reputation. "Faillure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently" -Henry Ford.
-Season 4 will be the dawn of a new age : The next generation of bronies, Maybe the new season will bring along new bronies to our fandom. but for christ's sake, give the good example.
-YOU can make a difference, there are so many things you can do also on deviantart to contribute to our fandom :
Debate,talk,communicate and know what's socially acceptable and what's not. get your group's rules to be more strict and use your common sense about what to accept and what not. If your friend acts like a rabid idiot or does something stupid, criticise him or her and tell him/her it's NOT ok.Be on you BEST behaviour, and most of all, DON'T take shit too serious and just enjoy the Bucking show, regardless what people think.

EDIT: ** I made this due to someone ranting about how anatomy is what makes a style better, and what defines an artist, as well as using references, how it pisses them off that people don't use references and making comments about how people use the 'its my style' thing as an excuse for poor anatomy. This person basically said in a nutshell: "You can't be an artist if you don't make something realistic and use references." As well, they said that you make a style by taking something realistic and maybe rounding it, making joints a little thinner to make it cartoony and that's a style.**

What makes an artist is the ideas, the thinking, the creativity. Talent is the potential you had at the beginning that has grown and sparked into skill. It is not the same as being an artist, and Talent is more natural than a growing skill. It is natural gift, which is a synonym for talent. Talent is your potential to grow in an area you desire, as aptitude and capability are also synonyms.

And everyone has talent. I go against the 'everyone is special' theory because then that means everyone is normal and no one is special, but I know for a fact everyone has talent of some kind. You can do something no others can.

What makes an artist is using this talent, this potential, and letting your pen or pencil, paintbrush or airbrush, be the tool of creation. An artist plays God much like a fictional writer with characters, scenery, landscapes, plants, skies, moons and suns. An artist is NOT measured by their anatomical structure or how good they are with anatomy. An artist is NOT measured by how good they draw, or how realistic their things are.

People CHOOSE to draw realistically, to do realistic animals, to make things realistic in general. That's only a tiny portion of art and lacks in talent, or so that is my opinion personally. To be an artist is simply to create.

If the person who claims to be an artist is 'not good at drawing' and won't 'reference' then that doesn't mean they're NOT an artist. If they plagiarize, then yes, they're not an artist but if this person is doing their own thing, being happy with the creations they make then let them be. They're artists, they grow in time, it's not a race to see who is better than who, who uses references. So what if they don't? If they wish to improve a little more then they'll use references, be it artwork or real photographic images.

You 'popular' artists shouldn't berate or belittle others simply for their style, and their style is their way of drawing things. It's not defined just by coloring, and it's most definitely not defined by anatomy. I shall define style for you so that you may get it into your head:

As well, might I add, style is never used as an excuse for 'poor anatomy.' Especially by a beginning artist, who, by the way, aren't bad. Everyone has the natural ability to draw, but those who work at it constantly are those with the talent. It doesn't matter that these artists have poor anatomy, as long as they're happy and creating.

So, you 'popular' artists, would you give it a rest with the, "OH, YOU CAN'T DRAW BECAUSE YOU DON'T REFERENCE." "I'M BETTER THAN YOU BECAUSE I HAVE BETTER ANATOMY." "YOU SUCK BECAUSE YOU'VE BEEN DRAWING FOR HOW LONG AND HAVEN'T IMPROVED?" crap. IT. DOESN'T. MATTER.

It simply isn't done that way and you're disillusioned greatly if you think that people are using 'It's my style' as an excuse for 'poor anatomy.' They'll grow, they'll see eventually that their 'style' is poop if they think that it is. It isn't about drawing for other people unless they ask you to.

And they're most certainly not drawing for you, so again, it doesn't matter.

Your ego is getting in the way of what makes an artist.

So stop.
