Ok, so I'm gonna try to get up my courage to write this because I told myself that I couldn't do any more art until I posted this.
Ok, here it goes...
The character bios and summary for my new comic.
Ugh, I don't know why I'm nervous about posting this but i am... oh well.
So this comic is pretty much about these six kids living alone in this huge house out in the middle of nowhere. I called it 'Stir-Craze' because all the characters are going stir-crazy in this house. The comic will pretty much be about the interactions between the characters and the interesting situations they find themselves in. It will be in square panels, maybe 6-12 per strip, depending on the length of the story. I'm actually super excited about this comic because i love all my characters and already have a couple of fun things I want to do with them.
Here are the character bios:

Arachne (Spider):
-Kind, dependable, likable, happy
-Domestic; likes cooking, sewing, knitting, etc.
I created Arachne because I thought it would be funny to draw a humanized black widow who liked sewing and knitting. She's Sven's girlfriend, despite his odd curse, and will do almost anything to make him smile. She's not a damsel character, though; despite the fact that she's now human she still has venom and can keep the rest in line if they're being troublesome. The other characters depend on her because she acts as their rock.

Cici (Cow):
-Cool, rash, argumentative, hotheaded
-Likes sports, especially skateboarding
Cici was created when I was bored during class and asked someone to give me two nouns as a drawing idea. She gave me "Cow" and "Hat". I didn't especially want to draw a cow hat, so i drew a humanized version of a cow with a hat on. I liked the character, so i included her in this. Cici's kind of the "cool kid" character. She picks fights with everyone and can be extremely hotheaded and impulsive. She's always into some kind of scheme or prank, usually at the expense of others.

Corvin (Crow):
-Confusing, destructive, quiet, mysterious-ish, clever
-Can be very childish at times
-Klepto for shinies
Corvin's character stemmed out of my own love of crows. They're SO AWESOME!!! He's personally my favorite character (Geez, I'm the author, I shouldn't be playing favorites...). Anyway, he's an interesting character. He loves shiny things and will steal them. He has a crush on Goldy (she's a goldfish, goldfish are shiny. duh.) and won't steal from her.

Cam (Chameleon):
-Nice, awkward, timid, socially inept, jumpy
-Likes video games
-Scaredy cat; easily startled
-A bit paranoid
-Likes a good joke; Like Cici, he's a prankster
Cam was created because I thought it might be nice to have opportunities to use color in these comics. Cam is a chameleon, and will likely be the only thing I will ever color in this series (i.e., I'm lazy)(He won't be colored all the time, only when it's relevant to the storyline). He doesn't hesitate to use his chameleon skillz to prank people and often teams up with Cici to pull off some sort of heist. However, he's timid and will scare easily.

Goldy (Goldfish):
-Girly, militaristic
-Likes to garden
-Often acts like a drill sergeant
-Doesn't tolerate 'wimps'
I have no idea when Goldy's character came from. She's a total girly-girl, but she loves everything that has to do with the military and combat. She constantly rebuffs poor Corvin's affections and instead focuses on whipping her plants into shape. She'd make an excellent drill sergeant.

Sven:
-Brooding, dramatic, pessimistic, inwardly contemplative, loyal to his friends, empathetic
-Only human of all the characters
-Has an interesting ability/curse
Sven has this power where if he touches an animal they turn into a human and if he touches a human they turn into an animal and vice-versa. Yes, I am aware that this is scientifically impossible. It's friggin' magic, what did you expect? The problem is, he can't turn it off. He can't touch any living person without consequences. This makes Sven regard his gift poorly, stating that it's a "curse". As a result of being isolated from others so often he can be somewhat difficult. However, he'll always stick by his friend's sides and can be very understanding and empathetic. He's the reason all of the other kids are humans and not animals, like they should be.

Sorry about how long this is and i hope it wasn't too boring. I already have the first 3 strips done (the comic kind of strip, not the kind of strip you're thinking of in your perverted little mind). I hope to upload them soon enough. In the mean time, stay tuned! If you have any ideas for a short plot line involving some of these characters, feel free to mention it in the comments.
