*childrensillustrator is a club for Children's Illustrators, that means people who illustrate for children. Professional Children's Book Illustrators, but also those who work for Editorial, Advertizing, Television and Film, Graphics/Promotional/3-D, Fine Art, are welcomed as well as students and amateur illustrators. Our members use several mediums such as collage, mixed media, paint, pen & ink, pastel, silkscreen & fabric, watercolor, color pencil, pencil/graphite, and also the digital tool. The goal of this group is to help children's illustrators to create, to improve and to share in their field.

Each month, our members vote (by poll) for their prefered theme/topic. Usually thay have 2 days of vote, and when it's done, they have until the 30 of each month to submit their brand new piece, related to the topic.

Each month, our members vote (by poll) for their preferred theme/topic. Usually they have 24 hours to vote, and when it's done, they have until the 30 of each month to submit their brand new piece, related to the topic.

The chosen topic for January was Owl. Creatures of the night and symbol of wisdom, this little winged friends inspired our members this way:

Although it seems obvious, our October theme was 'WITCH'. It's probable the Halloween mood that made our members choose it
