Giveaway time is back

! This time I've got 1500pts to give away c:

The last giveaway was really well received so I'm doing another! After the way the last one panned out, one thing I would like to remind you guys of is to PLEASE PLEASE follow the guidelines so you can be properly included. Last time some people didn't fave the journal and thus were not put on the draw list!

Anyway, onto the giveaway!

Introduction

I will split the points in three so we can have three winners, 500pts each ~

Winners will be chosen at random and will be notified via note. I'll post a journal announcing the results too!

The giveaway will close May 24th and winners will be announced the same day.

Decided to sell some characters I rarely use, I need some money and maybe these fellars can get a better home. Keep in mind these mean a lot/ment a lot so thats why they have the price they have. If you are intrested in bying you can also use the artwork ive made of the characters under. (and other art of them in my gallery)

CONTEST: SWEET SUMMER EXPLOSION! [MAY 21-JULY 11]

Hello, everyone!
As the Fiscal school year is coming to an end, and summer is just about to begin. We the admins of Anime Illustrations have all come together with the thought of having a 2ND CONTEST!!!!

WOOHOO! this contest will go with the flow as the first contest but with a few changes in settings.

Theme: Sweet Summer Explosion, meaning an wonderful summer experience. The drawing should tell people that the characters are done with school (for now) and are moving on with their summer lives, or possibly are already experiencing it right now.

Effort: We would like to see each and everyone of you guys put some effort in your drawings. We do not judge by quality but we will compare this with some of your other drawings to see if you really worked hard on your entry.

Structure Body structure and landscape structure
each judge will be given a tally sheet for every entry

THEME: SWEET SUMMER EXPLOSION

DEADLINE: JULY 11, 2013

RULES

Draw your OCs and/or favorite fanart characters having a marvelous summer.

They must be 100% drawn by you. We do not allow bases, traces, etc. in this group.

THEY MUST BE BRAND NEW SUBMISSIONS TO DA AND MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS CONTEST. ANYTHING BEFORE MAY 21 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The deadline may be extended ONCE if there is enough demand.

You can submit as many entries as you want. They will each be judged separately.

Judging: Entries will be judged on effort, quality of theme (sweet summer explosion), and structure (anatomy, perspective, etc.)

Blankies and dogs?

Even though summer is imminent, you often find yourself on your couch, watching Honey Boo Boo, thinking; "I'm rather chilly o_o. OMG I'M CHILLY." .

As weak first-worlders, we would rather blast the air conditioning and bundle up then turn it down and rely on the earth to temperature regulate humanity.
Then you look to your left, and find a sub-standard looking male of the species sitting there beside you, nurturing his growing gut with his third can of beer, and complaining that you never watch what he wants to watch.

What could instantly make you feel better both temperature wise, and company wise?

Why, an Undertaker blankie of course!

. You can now watch Honey Boo Boo and literally, physically wrap yourself in life-size Undie love, while adding a layer of protection between you and that human sitting beside you.
For the love of God, don't share the blanket. Only your skin cells are good enough for this blanket.

You can also sprawl over the blanket, and technically lie on him! Or tie it with a little elastic band around your shoulders and make a superhero cape!
