Did you ever get that feeling or got that mood, where you thought that Life is nothing worth...

...You only wanted to travel to far places, walking around, doing everything but not being at the place you call home?

I have that longing again. I though it was over since last Time, that it was nothing but a whim. Until I started dreaming of the UK, Czech and Turkey again.

Last time I got that feeling/longing, I went by train with my mother to other Cities round here in Germany, but after some Time it was not enough. It was too german after all.

I took my mother and showed her the Netherlands on daily Trips we would make. But again after some Time, when I got used to listen people talking Dutch around me in the Bus or in a Café, it was not enough. The Streets and open Places look and even smell too much German. (after all they are close relatives to us)

I would love to go into 'Boots' again and buy me some Lucozade. Visit the many Parks of London and go to the 'Underground'. Does that Club even exist anymore?

When I was with my class in London, March 2000, it was newly opened and we got a few invitation-cards on the street, we were under 18, some even under 16, but I lied my way through for us. An we met nice boys and such things. Had much fun and danced until mid-night.

Now this all seems like a long forgotten dream. And while I write this, the longing gets stronger. In Germany we call it 'Fernweh'.

Think about an french person who has got to go to India, but feels not at home and gets homesick there, that person wants to see his/her place, his/her Country again, right?

Now I, I am right the opposite, I would not look back a second time to France, but rather stay long enough in India to see everything it has got for me and until I had plenty of money again to travel further, as long as I can choose, when I start to move to the new location and where that might be.

Episode III - The Ranting!</u></i>

First of all, do not hate me for this part. If you are a Fan (or even in love with it) of Chronicles of Narnia, then leave this part alone and scroll down to Episode VI, Please. If you are open minded (Fan or not) Then read this part, you will be astounded, how far I can drift away from the core of a 'Problem', when I am upset and start to rant.

It all started with my Copy of the 'Daily Prophet', er, I mean 'Kölner Stadtanzeiger' (our newspaper for the Crabbes and Goyles out there )
In big letters I read 'Disneys new Project, Chronicles of Narnia, out on Cinemas' and I have to say, I got curious. I read the whole article and was after it part amused, part like WTF?

So I went to the Net, of course. Read some things, corresponded with some Friends who allready had read all seven Books and so on...
But then my Eyes went Red and I was close to say 'Hasta la vista, Baby', like a cheap copy of our Austrian-Hitler-Schwarzenegger.

Let me summarize it...

01. Half of it is stolen from those ancient greek Mythologies, who were <u<not</u> Christian at that Time.

02. And hald of it stolen from the ancient nordic Mythologies. (Dito)

03. The Lions' name is Aslan, which means in Turkic language... right, Lion

04. The witches Name is Jadis, which is, again right... The Turkic an north Arabic word for Witch in plural form.

05. Narnia is in reality a part of Umbria, Italia. Place of birth of the holy Francesco di Assisi. Founder of the Order of the Franciscans.

This leads us to the Christians.
Believe me, born as a daughter of an Protestant Father and a (very) Moslemic Mother, I am not against any Religion. I even take the best out of each, monotheistic or not. So don't get offended personaly or so.

C.S. Lewis, Disney and Hollywood, as the good Chrisitans they were (and some unfortunately are even now), have given us this piece of utter nonsens for our X-Mas Holidays. At the Cinemas...

While stealing from non-christians for important parts of this Story, they make us puke with all this hidden religious Messages.

Don't get me wrong, I am the first one to dance and squeal, when Patrick Stewart aka Ebenezer Scrooge becomes soft and all is fine again, but enough is enough...

It is almost like a Crusade against us watchers, I am fed up with this.
Only one positive thing is to say. Tthe books seem to be better than the Movie is.
So I will wait two (because I wont spent Money for Hollywood) years and watch it on TV, so I can say, yes that is pure rubbish, I knew it, how good I saved my Money back then.

There is someone here on , who seems to not like me anymore, someone whose Feelings' I maybe have hurt. I do not know what else it could be, but if it is so, that Person, (yes you), should know, that I did it not intentionally. You do not talk to me like before, it feels very uncomfortable to me, maybe I am reading too much negativness into it all, but I hope you can forgive me, or at least tell me to sod off.

My Mama came back last evening from Turkey. She was travelling to all her important siblings for 3 Month, but know she is back. I was like screaming an Ode to all Deities I knew or not knew, for she was Safe and in One back. I was sometimes so scared, because I could not come with her.
And, Gods she brought so many things for me. I felt like a little Princess.
Clothes, funny little nothings (whom I like most), Accesoires for me and my Room, and cultural things.
