since I added anything to my journal, but today I have plenty of reasons. First, today is free Premium Membership Day!! I get to try out all these cool things!

Next, I just uploaded all the costumes I made/wore as Mars Diable for multiple 30 Seconds to Mars events. It has been a 30STM year, all starting with their shows here in Montreal. I've been taken away from many of the things I was working on before, but it has probably been one of my most creative years, too... so I figured I'd post the fruit of that creativity, even though it is very different than the work most of you watchers are used to from me ;)

Don't worry, I'll go back to my digital paintings... *soon*!

First, I'd like to thank those of you who are following me, and who viewed, :+fav:ed, and voted for Out of the Mists [link]

Second, I just started my first group! [link] I have so many deviations from my favorite artists of gorgeous men, and each of these works I find inspiring!

I'm looking for quality digital work of all styles representing gorgeous men, great concepts, and good (even masterful!) technique.

Submit your Digital Dream Boys!

Search your favorites, the deviations you don't think are getting the attention they deserve, suggest work from artists who inspire you! Just make sure they're of sexy, dreamy, digitally rendered men and boys! Not all will be accepted, but if your work isn't, please don't take offence, it's just not my taste... but keep up the good work! Some newer artists I might just want to see develop a little before posting ;)

For now, no prose or poetry... nothing wrong with it, I just wanna keep this group *visual* for now :eyepopping:

Also looking for contributors who know how to bling-ify the page, including a badge! I'll be designing one myself, but I invite all you badge designers to send in something that conveys "Digital Dream Boys"

Didn't have time to polish him as much as I'd have liked, but I'm really happy with how he turned out!

Had to learn a bunch of new things for the composition, so that alone was worth it... and I remembered to *save* more often! hehehe
