Intro

In the modern day city of Tokyo, youkai and humans live side by side in harmony. Not complete harmony, but mostly harmony. This means that there is still is some rivalry between the two groups, but it does remain of the friendly variety. Among these rivalries is a rivalry among the various young girls in the various schools, both youkai and human. Today, that rivalry is going to be tapped into by one crafty promoter, a boxing promoter to be exact.

This comes from in the manga and anime how Kikyo is usually dead on with her arrow shots and is usually able to take out whatever it is she's aiming at with one shot. So as it is when it comes to boxing. She can put a careless opponent on the canvas out cold with one clean punch.

However, she doesn't have the punching accuracy and control that Kikyo does, it's more like average, but this is made up for in that Kagome has better punching speed, but she's not as fast as Kagura and Ayame, as it's also average compared to them. Kagome can jab better than Kikyo, but she cannot consistently pound away at the same spot with pinpoint accuracy. So, Kagome has to use speed and accuracy in balanced amounts in combination with her awesome power in her offense.

Being highly energetic, Rin is a very fast puncher, but also very accurate as well. But this also means that she lacks power, so like other fighters who are fast and accurate punchers, she must wear down her opponents and get going early in a fight, continuously tagging and stinging her opponent with lightning jabs and straight punches. Being fast too, Rin can get inside and close to her opponent to uppercut them, and then quickly get safely back out and away, as can all fighters who are fast (Kagura, Abi, Ayame and Yura as well).
