So finally after I've got the permission from ~Dwx50 to release this, here it is!

Originally this page was never intended to be released publicly so please remember that I've only tested the page on the resolutions 1024x600 / 1920x1080 and I don't know how they'll look on other resolutions.

Edit: Tested by users and works great on these resolutions as well:
1280x800, 1366x768, 1440x900, 1600x900, 1680x1050
