Alright. So the picture is just super simple to give you a visual.
Here is how I use SpotLight 2.0.
First I load:
SSAO_Lite.x
PostPointLight_Ac.x (Y:8 ; Z:-10 ; Si:5 ;connect to center bone)
ToneMapSimple.x
SpotLight1.x (Y:5 ; Z:-50 ; Si:.8 ; Tr:.2)
the Tr setting may change depending on any .spa files your model may have. .3 would work as well for how I have this set up, but I made it darker. You can also use in-between's like 2.3 and 2.7 and so on until you have the perfect look. But wait until the end because there is one last thing that needs to be loaded.
Go to the MMEffect tab in your upper right hand corner of MMD and load Cook-Torrance.fx onto your model(s). This will make it looks more real.
If the result is too dark or too bright on your model, change the Tr settings to however you like. If your stage reacts badly to the light from the spotlight or postpointlight, simply add cook-torrance.fx to it as well. same goes for handhelds and objects.

I have included an .rar including all of the above mentioned effects with the same names so you don't have to go hunting for them all.
