Pokemon Opal Project- ConceptsBack in 2007, after numerous childhood attempts playing around with Pokemon ideas, and spurred on by the recent release of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, I decided to get serious and come up with a unique concept for an evolutionary family with a (then) unique type combination. Two years later in 2009, I came across these Pokemon once again and decided to update their concept art. This inspired me to create two new evolutionary lines, both in the same detail as those two years previously. It was in July 2009 that the project that would later be known as Pokemon Opal officially began.
