Prohibition is still to be achieved in Penal Institutions and as a Sentence for crime except in North Japan,South Bahamas,and Eastern United States In the Home: Banned Sense founding In Alternate Care Settings:Banned Sense founding In Schools: Banned Sense Founding In Daycare:Banned Sense Founding In penal Institutions:North Japan and South Bahamas have already banned such practices because prisoners there are to preserve as much mental health as possible regardless of age or the ability to differentiate right from wrong. However it is still legal to do it in 5 of the city state like countries. As a sentence for crime:it is legal in 4 of the city state like countries. Eastern United States Released a new law to all public and private prisons that any man,woman,boy,girl,and genderless will maintain mental and physical health before and after release a similar law prohibiting the same practice but for penal institutions will takes place december 13th(my birthday) of this year. However the tattooing of prisoners forever remains legal as it is to help police identify escaped prisoners and is not meant as a means of torture or punishment. The King/Leader of Eastern United States stated that prisoners are to be treated humanely without bruises,scars,or other injuries. The same statements about it being a sentence for crime has been stated by the Emperor/Leader of North Japan and The President/Leader of South Bahamas that prisoners regardless of age or the ability to differentiate between right and wrong. No one is to be subject to judicial corporal punishment in South Bahamas,North Japan,And Eastern United States. However East Wales is committed to outlawing all practices of all Corporal punishment in all settings as well. The Leaders of North Japan,South Bahamas,and Eastern United States stated that security cameras sticking out everywhere is good enough to keep crime from happening.

You could hear my shackles rattle along the metal floor in sync with the chains of the other women. For me, at least it helped drown out the tears of the broken prisoners on this bus. 4 - Interrogation
When I arrived at the police station, the hood covering my head was removed. As I was getting out of the police car, I almost tripped over a chain. Fortunately, the police officer was holding me, preventing me from falling. Later on, I was led into a small room for interrogation. When I entered the room, a strong odor of disinfectant and air freshener assaulted my senses, making me feel nauseous. The room was dimly lit with a small table in the center and two chairs on one side. On the other side was the interrogation chair, also known as the "chair of regret." The walls were painted dark gray, and there was a one-way mirror at the far end of the room. My handcuffs and shackles were temporarily removed, but I was then locked onto the "chair of regret," a worn-out iron chair with metal rings on the legs, backrest, and table. The police officer locked my hands and feet tightly to the chair, rendering me immobile. I could only sit upright and silently pray, feeling helpless and
