Gigi likes working where she does, she’s respected as a higher-up employee and actually takes her job very seriously. She loves being able to work hard and let others follow her to being effective and productive members of the job site. Being the general manager of the floor in her building, the company puts high expectations on her to allow everything to continue running smoothly, with as few hiccups in the daily routines as possible. Gigi is respected for being productive, headstrong, and rarely needing any assistance from anyone.
