I stuck my tongue out at him and stood, slowly, back up. I saw a gleam in his eyes and noticed his positioning. He was at the door, looking like he was going to charge at me. Then I realized, too late, that that’s exactly what he was going to do.

Chapter 3Keegan paced around the cramped cell, which held the 20 people that got arrested from the riot. Now, it was just him, Sawyer, Rowan and Kai.
Sawyer and Kai sat in the corner of the cell. Keegan didn’t know Kai that well, but Sawyer was good friends with him. He had black hair that stuck up in the front, dark brown narrow eyes, with a couple of piercings in each ear.

Chapter 2 Again, Keegan woke with a start. This time from a dream he couldn’t remember, but frightening nonetheless. His shirt was soaked with sweat which he had to peel from his chest. Slowly he turned so his legs hung off the side of the bed. He went to change into a plain white t-shirt and another pair of khaki shorts, along with his signature vintage converse.
He walked into the kitchen finding his mother leaning against the counter watching him. He looked at her for a few seconds before moving over to the kitchen table and sitting in one of the chairs farthest away from her. They stayed like this for a few minutes, not speaking at all.
