My Favorite Gym LeadersEver since watching JWittz's Top 10 favorite Gym Leaders video, it made me wanna do something like it. Now I really like a lot of the gym leaders, so I can't really narrow them down in a top 10 list, so I wrote down my favorite leaders for each type. Fire: Blaine and Flannery. The reason for these guys being my favorite fire type leaders, is their appearances in the Pokemon Adventures manga (this reason will pop up quite a bit). In the manga, Blaine is a scientist that used to work for Team Rocket but then saw the error of his ways and broke off from them. Plus, he has an awesome mustache and owns a Rapidash (that he rides!); bottom line, Blaine is badass.
-Now for Flannery, I also like her portrayal in Pokemon Adventures; she's a fairly new gym leader so she's not very sure of herself yet, and is entirely devoted to her city, Lavaridge, becoming terribly upset when Team Aqua causes Lava
