That's pretty much it. I get blocked a lot, and for the mostpart that's my fault and I'm totally fine with it. I'm a dick, and when I see someone doing something that I think's immoral or irritating I tell them.
And I am TOTALLY fine with that. I'm happy with myself and I think other people are oversensitive a lot of the time and are unable, or unwilling, to argue their corners effectively.
This is also fine. If people want to appear weak then that's their issue. Good for them, they can do what they want.
But there's a phenomenon unique to Deviantart which I cannot fucking stand, and that's the "comment 'n' block". It's a way of ensuring you get the last word, which is (usually) a complete waste of time given that you've already stooped to blocking someone for disagreeing with you.
Let me explain:
Usually when I get blocked the only way I find out about it is when I'm attempting to reply to a plebeian attempt to defend art theft, or a personal insult. A little box
