I was a huge fan of Avatar, when Korra started up I started foaming like the Kyoshi Island Fanboy. I've purchased all but episode 7 from iTunes (I'm just going to get a season pass as soon as I can) and watched ALL OF THEM
I'm already on my second viewing and while going through the first episode there was this ^^ moment near the end (of, technically the second episode) that made me go 'Awww... too bad it's so dark, I want that as my wallpaper!'
So... I traced it. Yes. This is a flat-out trace. There are only minor differences between this and the screencap (in terms of lines, specifically) that mostly have to do with Naga's feet, tail and removal of the bags on her back. The colors are very different as the scene was dark and I did the shading in a completely different style, but I take absolutely no credit for the lines.
This was done because I wanted that scene as a wallpaper and it's up here because I wanted to share that with you guys! So feel free to download this (it's 1024x768, standard) or the one in my Sta.sh

My "realistic" skills still need A LOT of work (yes, a LOT of work! I'm very aware of that!), but I'm still glad how this turned out. I need to focus more on hands, noses, ears, etcetera.
