Every morning started the same way for Trent. He'd sit up in bed and say nine things he was grateful for. Only then could he get up and start the day. Three boys dared each other to go into an old house That sat at the top of the hill just outside of town. The house was old and was falling apart. It seemed to have been abandoned for years. No one could remember who owned the place Nor who even had lived in it, whenever that was.
